Warranty

TND Technologies Private Limited ("TND") offers a limited warranty from the date of purchase on all TND-branded consumer electronic products ("Product(s)"). This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Under this warranty, TND will repair or replace any defective Product(s) free of charge. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. TND reserves the right to determine whether a Product is defective and to either repair or replace it at its sole discretion.

To claim warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and contact TND customer support at support@tndtechnologies.in or WhatsApp +91-8700377073. A TND representative will provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim process.

TND's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product(s). TND is not liable for any other damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is in addition to any other rights and remedies that may be available under applicable law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

By using any TND Product(s), you agree to be bound by the terms of this warranty policy.
