Set-Top Box FAQs
No, there are absolutely zero monthly or yearly subscription fees. TND Set-Top Boxes are designed to receive authorized Free-To-Air (FTA) signals (such as DD Free Dish) broadcasted by broadcasters. Once purchased, you enjoy permanent access to TV and radio channels without recurring payments.
Yes, you need a small satellite dish antenna (standard Ku-Band dish aligned to DD Free Dish / GSAT-15 satellite) installed on your roof, connected to the box using a standard coaxial cable. Standard television antennas or cable cords will not receive satellite signals.
MPEG-2 Boxes support standard definition channels only, connecting via standard RCA cables (yellow/red/white cords). They are affordable and compatible with older TV sets. HD MPEG-4 Boxes support full high-definition 1080p channels, connect via HDMI cables, support USB playback & live program recording, and decode signals with much greater audio/visual clarity.
Bluetooth Speaker Tower FAQs
TND Speaker Towers are equipped with Bluetooth v5.0. This offers high-speed, lag-free wireless connection up to 10 meters (33 feet) with auto-reconnect memory, so your smartphone or smart TV connects instantly when powered on.
Yes, all TND Speaker Towers have a dedicated 6.35mm wired microphone input jack along with independent Echo and Volume control knobs. The BassKing flagship model also supports premium wireless microphones for easy home entertainment.
We use premium, high-density acoustical MDF wooden cabinets for all TND Speaker Towers. Wooden cabinets reduce echo and plastic distortion, ensuring rich resonance and clear, punchy bass.
Warranty & Repair FAQs
TND offers a 1-Year Replacement Warranty on all set-top boxes and speaker towers. It covers all internal manufacturing defects, power board failures, software glitches, and audio IC damage. It does not cover physical breakage, water damage, or units opened by unauthorized repairers.

Shipping & Payments FAQs
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to almost all zip codes across India. Because we run our manual payment gateways natively, you do not pay any extra card or platform processing fees on COD orders.
Orders are dispatched from our Delhi factory within 24–72 hours. For North India, delivery takes 2–4 business days. For South, West, and East India, it takes 4–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email as soon as your order ships.
