The terms that apply when you use this website and buy from us.

This website is run by TND Technologies Private Limited (“TND”, “we”, “us”), which designs, makes and sells the products on it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns & refunds and Privacy policies and the warranty terms.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We deliver to addresses in India only. If you create an account, keep your password private: you are responsible for orders placed from it.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email confirms that we have received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the product. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the product is out of stock, the price or details on the site were clearly wrong, the delivery PIN code isn’t serviceable, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount.

Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above, and a flat ₹49 (GST included) below that. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay. Prices and availability can change, but never for an order already placed.

Payment

  • Online: UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and EMI, processed by a secure, RBI-regulated payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
  • EMI: available on eligible cards above the minimum amount your bank sets. The EMI plan is between you and your bank; any interest or processing fee is set and charged by the bank.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos and illustrations show the product, but colours and finishes can look slightly different on your screen. If a product is materially different from its description, our Returns policy covers you.

Cancellations, returns & warranty

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete deliveries are replaced or refunded under our Returns & refund policy. Every product carries a 1-year warranty.

Use of this website

The content on this site, including text, photos, designs and the TND name and logo, belongs to TND or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent. TND® is a registered trademark. Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk or place orders in someone else’s name.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government orders or courier network failures. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it. You can also reach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to an order are the ones on this page when the order was placed.
