Shipping & Delivery

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹499 and above: shipping is free, anywhere in India.
• Orders below ₹499: a flat ₹49, GST included.

The shipping charge is shown in your cart before you pay, and nothing more is added. We deliver within India only, from our own factory in Delhi.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery

Once dispatched, orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your PIN code. Remote areas (the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands) can take up to 10 business days.

Record a video when you open your parcel

Please record one continuous video while you open your parcel, starting with the sealed box and its shipping label. If the product is damaged, is the wrong item, or something is missing, send us the video within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a free return and replacement. The video is required for these claims. See Returns & refunds.

Check your address before you order

The delivery address can’t be changed once an order is placed. If you spot a mistake, contact us before the order is dispatched: we’ll cancel it free of charge so you can order again with the right address.

If a delivery doesn’t go through

The courier will call and try again if no one is available. A parcel that can’t be delivered, or is refused, comes back to us and the order is cancelled; we don’t send it out again. The full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of the parcel reaching us.

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. Remote PIN codes, public holidays and courier conditions can add time. If an order is significantly delayed, contact us at care@tndtechnologies.in or WhatsApp +91 87003 77073 and we’ll track it down for you.
