TND Technologies Private Limited (“TND”, “we”, “us”) runs this website and decides how the personal data collected on it is used. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It follows the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • When you order or create an account: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and, if you add them, your company name and GSTIN. We keep a record of your orders.
  • When you pay: payments are handled by our payment gateway. We receive only the payment status and a reference number; we never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password.
  • When you contact us or register a warranty: what you write to us, and product details such as the serial number, purchase date and the shop you bought from.
  • When you browse: technical data such as your IP address, browser and device, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies (see below).

Why we use it

  • To take, deliver and support your order, including returns and refunds.
  • To issue GST invoices and keep the records that tax and company law require.
  • To answer your questions and handle warranty claims.
  • To send order and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • To send news and offers, only if you have signed up for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and understand how it is used, so we can improve it.

By placing an order, submitting a form or signing up, you consent to these uses. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); this does not affect what was done before, and we may still need the data for an order in progress or to meet the law.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use cookies to keep your cart and login working. We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. These tools record pages viewed, products added to cart and purchases. Purchase events may include hashed (scrambled) contact details so that Google and Meta can match them to an ad. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with an ad blocker; the store will still work.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only what each one needs: our payment gateway, courier and shipping partners, email and SMS services, our website host, and the Google and Meta tools described above. They may use your data only to provide their service to us. We also share data when the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or in response to a lawful order. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored and how we protect it

Our website and its database are hosted on servers in India. Some providers, such as email and analytics services, may process data outside India, as the law allows. The whole site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, card payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to serve you.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details while your account is open. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires, currently up to 8 years. Messages and warranty registrations are kept while they are useful for supporting your product. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it (except what the law requires us to keep), or withdraw your consent. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to. Email care@tndtechnologies.in from the address on your account. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.

Children

Our store is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will tell you by email or on this site.
